Project Description:
The renovation project for the Ciudad de la Justicia building, located in the Palmas Altas complex in Seville, represents a strategic intervention to adapt an iconic space to the city's new judicial needs.
The project has focused on the redistribution of interior spaces, optimizing circulation, accessibility, and operational efficiency for the various judicial bodies. Architectural solutions have been incorporated to improve natural lighting, thermal comfort, and environmental quality, while respecting the original identity of the building designed by Richard Rogers.
In addition, the institutional character of the complex has been reinforced through a sober and elegant aesthetic, with durable materials and finishes that convey transparency, security, and modernity. The renovation also takes into account energy efficiency and sustainability criteria, in line with current public building standards.
This project consolidates the role of Palmas Altas as a key hub in Andalusia's judicial infrastructure, offering a dignified, accessible environment adapted to the challenges of the 21st century.
