Located in the Winterthur building, in one of Seville's most established business districts, the López Real 09 offices were conceived as a sober, efficient, and carefully calibrated workspace. The intervention focused on creating a professional and serene atmosphere, where the design does not impose itself but rather accompanies it.

Any superfluous decorative elements were avoided in favor of a quiet interior architecture, where the quality of the materials, the proportion of the spaces, and the natural light define the experience. The project was based on a palette of neutral tones, discreet textures, and integrated technical solutions that allow for a clean reading of the space.

The layout was organized with precision, differentiating operational zones, meeting areas, and transitional spaces without losing visual continuity. Spatial efficiency and user comfort were prioritized, incorporating ergonomic furniture, indirect lighting systems, and finishes that promote concentration and well-being.

More than just an office, an environment was designed that reflects the work culture of López Real 09: discreet, rigorous, and oriented toward excellence. A space that does not seek to be the center of attention, but one that conveys solidity, confidence, and professionalism from the outset.
