Offices

Project Description:

On the seventh floor of the iconic Torre Siglo XXI building in Badajoz, Endesa has inaugurated its new regional headquarters: a 700 m² work environment that redefines the work experience under the "Open Work" concept.

This project embraces an innovative, flexible, and collaborative design, where architecture and technology merge to enhance creativity, well-being, and efficiency. With rotating workstations for a large workforce, the space adapts to hybrid work models, fostering mobility and team interaction.

Design highlights

  • Open and multifunctional spaces : open areas that encourage communication, along with specific areas for meetings, concentration, and socializing.

  • Smart technology : automatic lighting, climate control, and occupancy control, touchscreens in collaborative areas, and electric vehicle charging stations.

  • Sustainable design : use of eco-sustainable materials, passive architecture, and systems that reduce energy consumption.

  • Workplace well-being : integration of natural elements, ergonomic furniture, and common areas designed for physical and emotional comfort.

  • Corporate aesthetics : noble finishes, carefully designed lighting, and an image that conveys Endesa's values: innovation, sustainability, and closeness.

This new space not only represents an evolution in the way we work, but also a declaration of principles: an environment that reflects Endesa's commitment to people, the environment, and the future of energy.
