The project for Endesa's regional headquarters in Córdoba underwent a comprehensive renovation aimed at modernizing its facilities, improving operational efficiency, and adapting the building to current standards of sustainability and comfort. The intervention focused on updating an existing building, optimizing its performance without altering its integration into the urban environment.

The interior spaces were reorganized to promote functionality, accessibility, and communication between departments, incorporating new collaborative work areas, technical areas, and customer service spaces. The renovation improved the layout, natural lighting, and environmental quality of the spaces, creating a more efficient and comfortable experience for users.

The air conditioning, lighting, and energy management systems were renovated, incorporating smart solutions and low-consumption technologies. The building envelope was improved through specific measures in thermal insulation, solar protection, and acoustic control, helping to reduce energy demand and increase overall performance.
