Endesa Main Offices Lisboa

Lisboa, Portugal

Offices

Project Description:

In the heart of the Quinta da Fonte complex, the Q53 Dom Manuel I building houses Endesa's regional offices in Lisbon. More than just a functional layout, the project was conceived as a spatial choreography that translates the company's energy culture into interior architecture.

The design is based on a precise reading of the contemporary work rhythm: dynamic, hybrid, collaborative. Each area responds to a specific need—concentration, exchange, pause—and is articulated in a fluid layout that promotes productivity without sacrificing well-being. There are no superfluous gestures: elegance is expressed in proportion, in the light that enters naturally, in the materials that age well.

The overall atmosphere conveys order and clarity. The furniture, with clean lines and technical finishes, is combined with neutral surfaces and graphic details that evoke Endesa's identity without imposing it. Technology is present but integrated: smart climate control systems, adjustable lighting, total connectivity.

This space does not seek to surprise, but to function with precision. It is an office that understands work as a sequence of moments and provides the right framework for each of them to unfold efficiently and comfortably. A quiet but eloquent architecture that accompanies the pulse of an energy company in its day-to-day operations.
