Endesa's regional headquarters in San Roque was designed as an operational, efficient building that is fully integrated into its industrial and landscape context. It was designed to house the company's technical and administrative activities in the Campo de Gibraltar area, combining functionality, sustainability, and an architectural image consistent with its surroundings.

A clear and emphatic volumetry was designed, with a spatial organization that responds to the logistical needs of technical and maintenance personnel, while ensuring comfort and efficiency in the office spaces. The layout of the building and its accesses was determined by criteria of operability, safety, and solar orientation.

The envelope was resolved using highly energy-efficient, solar-controlled, and low-maintenance construction solutions, using industrial materials such as steel, concrete, and glass. Intelligent air conditioning systems, optimized natural lighting, and green areas were incorporated, contributing to the environmental balance of the complex.

This intervention consolidated a strategic facility for Endesa in the area, capable of responding to the operational challenges of the energy sector and projecting an image of innovation, responsibility, and territorial commitment.
