Ibermutua's headquarters in Madrid underwent a comprehensive interior renovation, focused on transforming the work environment from a perspective of well-being, corporate identity, and functional efficiency. Unlike other similar projects, this renovation not only addressed the technical updating of the building, but also focused on the user experience and the organizational culture of the entity.

Open, flexible, and bright spaces were designed to encourage collaboration, internal communication, and a balance between activity and rest. The layout was organized around work hubs, informal meeting areas, personalized service areas, and training spaces, all designed with ergonomics, accessibility, and environmental comfort in mind.

The project incorporated a palette of warm materials, natural finishes, and carefully studied lighting, which contribute to creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. The brand's values were integrated into the interior design through graphic elements, corporate colors, and solutions that reinforce the institutional identity without resorting to artifice.
