Technical architect by the Technical School of Architecture of the University of Seville and Higher Technician Energy Certifier, with ASECE.
He started his professional career as a trainee in José Ramírez Tirado’s studio in 1996, and later he would carry out estimates and building work studies for the building company ArcoSur, S.L., Dos Hermanas (Seville).
In January 2002, he begins his work as Construction Manager for different companies, always related with the residential field (subsidised and private housing). They are: Omega Servicios Inmobiliarios (Seville), where he has built 68 subsidised housing units and managed refurbishment and adaptation of 120 subsidised housing units in Puerto Real (Cádiz). Thereafter, he was Construction Manager for the building of 99 subsidised housing units in Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville), and he finished another 14 ones in the same location; and also collaborated as a Construction Manager in 68 subsidised housing in Mairena del Aljarafe; 25 not-restrained - to- rent-control housing in Los Palacios y Villafranca; and other 60 subsidised ones in Manzanilla, between 2004 and 2005- for the construction company DOMO.
He has worked for the developer-construction company Construcciones Vistadher as a property technician from 2007 to January 2012; he carried out 34 multi-family not-restrained-to-rent-control housing, another 48 and 14 semi-detached homes in Dos Hermanas (Seville). He also executed the construction of a kindergarten and primary school for Dos Hermanas’ Town Council.
In 2013, he joined ORVI SOLOTOR S.L. as group leader in FTTH network installations; he also coordinated the installations of indoor and outdoor sanitation and sewerage networks and supply in the construction of the Control Tower at the Rota Naval Base, as a subcontractor of SACYR.
He has been working at Ingravitto architecture studio since 2016, where he has been performing his professional activity as project and execution management.
