Architecture

Ingravitto has been developing architectural projects for 20 years, both within building and urban development. We are a large multidisciplinary and multigenerational team, which allows us to state that the success of our working method consists of the conjunction of experience, youth, and hard work.

We have a great commitment to the environment and to our daily jobs, where we collaborate with the reduction of the carbon footprint. We provide passive architectural solutions, sustainable, low-energy consuming and zero-emission installations; and we aim to achieve maximum energy efficiency.

We work in the residential, hotel, educational, retail, and offices sectors. We design spaces that adapt to the necessities, open, flexible, disruptive areas, which always add meaning and allow the optimal and pleasant development of the activity.

We are a national referent in office design and new workspaces. We are trusted by influential both private and public organisations, such as Endesa, the Department of Education and Sport of the Regional Government of Andalusia, the Malaga Port Authority, the State Tax Agency, and the University of Seville, among others.

We are specialists in designing new OPENWORK workspaces, given the current necessities.

We create open, non-hierarchal and collaborative spaces, domotically controlled, adding more dynamic meeting areas.

We offer our clients a turnkey service in new construction, refurbishment, and interior design.

Thanks to our Project Manager, we accompany the client from the initial steps to the final delivery of the actual finish work ready for its implementation.

We have a strong environmental commitment, and we carry out both energy audits and energy rehabilitation projects.

Similarly, Ingravitto is a rehabilitation agent, the link between the owner and the public bodies for the application for aid in relation to sustainability in housing and its energy rehabilitation.

In terms of installations, we are leaning towards the automatization and sensitisation to control themselves. Doing this, we contribute to lowering energy demand.

Our buildings are designed as nearly zero-energy buildings (nZEB) and thus adhere to the path set by the 2030 Agenda within its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
