Carlos Bermudo Viñuales (Seville, 1992)
 

Graduate in Fundamentals of Architecture and Master’s of Architecture by ETSA (Technical School of Architecture of the University of Seville). Specialisation course in Revit Architecture (3DCube/MV-BIM).

 

From an early age he has collaborated with his father, an architect, in the drafting of basic and execution projects for single-family and multi-family dwellings, offices, restaurants and minor refurbishments. He also carried out projects for the changing of uses and different types of legalisations (housing, urban residential complexes, rural buildings, cadastral regularisations, etc.).

 

He is a specialist in the production of Energy Efficiency Certificates, as he has years of experience in EEC of homes and offices up to 6000m2 .

 

He joined our Ingravitto team in May 2019, to carry out different architectural proposals for new Endesa headquarters (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) at first.

 

From July 2019, he has been coordinating the Properties Affected by Endesa’s Valorisation Master Plan (also known as ‘Project VIA’), which has analysed a total of 75 properties up to date, throughout the entire Andalusian and Extremaduran territory, by visiting and drafting a town planning report, and suggesting the actions required to make them profitable, and a subsequent execution project.

 

He also participates in the drafting of basic and execution projects of PEM up to €7M, demolition projects, reports of different kinds, buildings’ horizontal divisions, EEC, projects management, competitions, etc,
