Architect by ETSA (Technical School of Architecture of the University of Seville). He began his professional journey in 2007 in Arquitae Arquitectura y Urbanismo SL, architecture office, developing and executing basic educational, residential multi-family, industrial and urban development buildings’ projects, as well as layout and preparation of architectural competitions.

In 2009, he began working in Melchor Madrid, an architecture office where he developed several projects and managed construction works, mainly focused on the refurbishment of already existing buildings, renovations and structural repairs and consolidation; highlighting the rehabilitation of the Church of Santa Catalina La Solana, Castilla-La Mancha (monument of the fifteenth century, with a floor area of 1600 m2 ), especially for the actual building’s uniqueness and the technical difficulties of the actions. Likewise, during this stage, he developed more than 150 technical expert reports, mainly for the insurance company ASEMAS, giving more value to his postgraduate in Expert in Diagnosis and Treatment of Buildings from Pablo de Olavide University in Seville.

In 2013, he completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (International MBA), at ESIC Business School, starting a new professional phase with the construction company SYCOSAN S.L., with whom he developed a strategic plan on internationalisation of the company to Saudi Arabia, and some Project Manager functions, being responsible and the coordinator of construction works hired by Saudi Binladin Group, at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

In 2016, he started his own architecture office in collaboration with a group of colleagues from the same class, mainly developing single-family housing projects, buildings for other uses, refurbishment projects and commercial establishments, structural calculation consultancy and technical and feasibility reports, highlighting, among others, the refurbishment and extension of the main offices of the company Smurfit Kappa in Cordoba.

Eventually, at the beginning of 2019, he joins Ingravitto Project Management S.L., where his current functions focus on business development and coordination of the technical teams that make up the office.

He is a Breeam Associate and implements his knowledge in the field of sustainability, with concepts such as efficiency and optimisation of the energy use, use of renewable energies, use of recycled and environmentally friendly materials and circular economy protocols. Following this line of work, the latest awarded buildings our office has designed are nZEB.
