The López Real 21 offices in Madrid were designed as a contemporary working environment that combines spatial openness, physical well-being, and a restrained yet expressive aesthetic. The project was developed with the aim of creating a functional, comfortable, and stimulating space, capable of adapting to current work dynamics without losing its identity.

The layout is organized around open workspaces that encourage collaboration and transparency, interspersed with closed meeting areas that allow for concentration and privacy. This spatial duality responds to the need for operational flexibility and diversity of use, creating a balanced work experience.

One of the distinctive elements of the project is the incorporation of an in-house gym, integrated into the complex as part of a corporate wellness strategy. This bright and functional space reinforces the company's commitment to health and work-life balance.

The overall interior design is defined by an elegant sobriety, with neutral finishes, clean lines, and durable materials. However, small accents of color—in furniture, textiles, and graphic elements—add dynamism and personality. Natural greenery, strategically placed, introduces freshness and a connection with nature, while the carefully designed lighting combines natural light and warm artificial systems to create a comfortable and stimulating atmosphere.
