In this project, we took on the challenge of designing Endesa's new regional headquarters in Jaén with a clear vision: to create a functional, efficient building aligned with the values of sustainability and innovation that define the company. From the outset, we set out to ensure that the architecture not only met operational needs but also conveyed identity and commitment to the environment.

We designed an intelligent envelope that regulates natural light and improves the building's thermal performance, reducing energy consumption and increasing interior comfort. The layout of the spaces promotes communication between teams, with open areas, well-connected technical areas, and collaborative spaces that encourage productivity.

We incorporated advanced air conditioning systems, automated LED lighting, and passive solutions that reinforce energy efficiency. In addition, we integrated vegetation and green areas that contribute to well-being and environmental balance, both inside and outside the building.

For us, this headquarters represents much more than a workspace: it is an example of responsible architecture, adapted to current challenges and designed for the people who inhabit it.
