Endesa's regional headquarters in Tenerife was conceived as a functional and sustainable building, deeply linked to the island's volcanic landscape. It was designed with the aim of offering a modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly working environment, integrating architectural solutions that interact with the geography, climate, and local identity.

A compact and striking volume was designed, inspired by the geological forms of the surrounding area, with a mineral envelope that provides solar protection, thermal insulation, and a sober institutional image. The interior layout was structured to facilitate the operation of technical and administrative teams, with clear circulation routes, open spaces, and collaborative work areas.

Passive climate control strategies, natural ventilation, efficient lighting, and low environmental impact materials were incorporated. Native vegetation was integrated into the landscape design, reinforcing the link between architecture and territory and contributing to the environmental comfort of the complex.
