Architect by ETSA (Technical School of Architecture of the University of Seville) since 2002, he began to collaborate in Sierpes 48, architecture office, in the period 1998-2002. During this time, he developed many projects for subsidised housing, 4 and 5 star hotels, restaurants, assisted reproduction clinics, and singlefamily luxury homes.
In 2002, he founded his own firm, Ingravitto Project Management, where he developed his professional career. He has more than 20 years of experience in the drafting and execution of various types of projects, especially in residential, tertiary and offices, of private and public use.
Experienced urban architect whose CV includes the drafting of MasterPlan, General Urban Development Plan, Partial Plans, and global urban developments. He’s an expert in the global management of national heritage of large companies such as Endesa.
He has several publications and articles about his designed buildings, such as the Extremadura Employment Service Headquarters in Cáceres, as well as different won prizes in architecture and urban planning competitions.
He is currently studying for a degree in Civil Engineering at the School of Engineering of the University of Seville.
He is a Breeam Associate and implements his knowledge in the field of sustainability, with concepts such as efficiency and optimisation of the energy use, use of renewable energies, use of recycled and environmentally friendly materials and circular economy protocols. Following this line of work, his latest designed and awarded buildings are Nearly-Zero Energy Buildings.
