The building is destined for the offices of the Provincial Headquarters of the Extremeño Employment Service in Cáceres.

The project is based on a large volume of white concrete, imposing on Avda. de la Hispanidad  in contrast to a rear volume in corten steel.

Being used as solar protections on the south façade and the main façade facing Avda. de la Hispanidad, a set of colored trapezoidal projections is created, which makes this building an architectural reference for the avenue itself and for the city of Cáceres itself.
